POSITION:
Student Support Services Guidance Specialist
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Student Support Services Guidance Specialist is a full-timeposition based at the Sallisaw campus, occasional travel to the Poteau Campus may be required. The successful candidate will assist in identifying, selecting, and retaining eligible participants. They will monitor, assess, and evaluate their student caseload. They will provide support services for their student caseload, such as: academic, career, personal coaching, financial literacy information, implement Care & Concern Program, academic counseling intervention, assist in graduation and/or transfer. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree required in Psychology, Social Work or related field. Preferred one to three year’s professional experience.

SALARY:
$35,000 includes a full benefit package. Benefit package includes: Employer paid Medical, Dental, Life, Long-term Disability, Oklahoma Teachers Retirement, Sick and Vacation days.
