Academic Resource Center Director
Carl Albert State College is accepting applications for a full time Director for the Academic Resource Center (ARC). This position is located on the Poteau campus. This position provides strategic leadership, oversight, and operational management of comprehensive academic support services designed to enhance student learning, retention, persistence, and completion. The ARC includes tutoring services, testing services, supplemental instruction, academic skill development, and student success programming. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Leadership & Administration for ARC department
- Academic Support Services Oversight
- Student Success and Retention
- Assessment & Data Management
- Collaboration & Campus Engagement
- Budget & Resource Management
- Compliance & Professional Standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree required. Previous experience in tutoring, developing and monitoring department budgets, and working with a diverse student population preferred.
SALARY:
$ 33,000 annually. A full benefit package is included, which includes Employer paid Medical, Dental, Life, Long-term Disability, Oklahoma Teachers Retirement, Vacation & Sick Days.
