Among the achievements are the prestigious Top Five Honors in Action Certificate of Distinction, the Top Five College Project Certificate of Merit, and the Five-Star Chapter award, highlighting Phi Theta Kappa’s commitment to academic excellence and community engagement.
Furthermore, Phi Theta Kappa received the coveted Oklahoma/Arkansas Distinguished Chapter trophy, in addition to the Theme 3 Honors in Action Award of Distinction trophy, solidifying its position as a leader in regional academic circles.
Brandi Woods, whose outstanding leadership has been instrumental in Phi Theta Kappa’s success, was honored with the Distinguished Officer Certificate of Merit. This individual recognition underscores her exceptional contributions to the organization and the community.
Of particular note is Phi Theta Kappa’s qualification for the international competition for the Theme 3 Honors in Action Project, following its triumph at the regional level. In addition to these accolades, Brandi Woods will be celebrated at the upcoming Catalyst, Phi Theta Kappa’s international conference, in April. She will be recognized for her remarkable achievement as a Coca-Cola Foundation Gold Scholar Awardee, receiving a $1500 scholarship toward her transfer institution of choice. This honor, bestowed by PTK and the Oklahoma Association of Community Colleges (OACC), underscores Brandi’s academic excellence and commitment to excellence.
