Carl Albert State College is proud to announce the appointment of Jessicah Moudy (Hester) as their new assistant softball coach. Hester hails from Greenwood, Arkansas and was a multi-sport athlete during her time at Greenwood High School. She led the Bulldogs to victory in basketball in her junior year, and earned numerous all-conference awards throughout her high school career. After graduating, she obtained softball scholarships to Carl Albert State College and Central Baptist College where she excelled athletically. Following her college softball career, she moved onto USSSA Conference Slow-Pitch Softball where she achieved multiple all conference awards as well as Offensive MVP and Homerun champ in 2021 with 44 homeruns in one season. Currently a signed Pro Slow-Pitch Softball Player for DeMarini/Wilson, Jessicah loves spending time with her husband and two children when not on the diamond.
“Jessicah has already proven to be an excellent addition to our coaching staff,” said Lexi Watson, head softball coach. “Carl Albert Softball had a great year last year and we are looking forward to a very bright future. Coach Hester is going to be an awesome part of making that happen.”
We are excited to welcome Jessicah aboard and look forward to seeing what success lies ahead!
