Application for New Admissions, Re-Admissions, Transfer, and Concurrent, use APPLY NOW button on homepage. Be prepared to upload all documents at time of submission; application may not be submitted without upload of all required documents (drivers’ license or other photo ID; SSN card or proof of SSN; high school transcript; ACT test scores or other; copy of other college transcripts if appropriate; Concurrent Permissions Form if appropriate; Immunization Form if not high school graduate).
High school seniors and juniors may take classes at CASC while in high school when their high school GPA is (minimum) 3.0 or 19 ACT composite or 990 SAT. Homeschooled students are considered a Junior or Senior depending on anticipated secondary school completion. Students should consult with their high school counselor and parent/guardian, complete the application, and return all credential requested on the application. Tuition waivers for SENIORS are awarded on their first 18 cr-hrs taken during the Summer 2022, Fall 2022 & Spring 2023; JUNIORS are awarded a waiver of tuition on their first 12 cr-hrs taken during the Summer 2022, Fall 2022 & Spring 2023 semesters with CASC.
Summer and Fall applicants should complete the Permissions Form and be prepared to upload this document and other documents (ID, SSN, high school transcript, ACT Test scores, and other college transcript if appropriate) to ONLINE APPLICATION. Application cannot be submitted without an upload of all required documents.

FERPA (The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) is a federal law concerning the release and access to a student’s educational records. FERPA protects students’ rights regarding the privacy and accuracy of education records.
In compliance with State Regent policy, CASC recognizes the need to evaluate learning acquired from outside the traditional classroom, including the following testing or learning evaluations.

If you were selected for Verification and are required to submit a student and/or parent IRS Tax Return transcript you can request one online at the link below, complete and mail/fax in the 4506-T Form below, or by calling 1-800-908-9946. Select “Option 2” if requesting by phone.
If you or your parent did not file a tax return, you must submit an IRS Nonfiling Verification Letter by submitting the IRS 4506-T Form below.
– Non-filer: Only required for independent students and parents of dependent students.
– Tax Return Transcript or IRS 1040 Form: required for all students/parents that filed a Tax Return.
