GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Carl Albert State College is accepting applications for a full time Asst. to the Food Service Director/Production Cook for the Poteau Campus.  Successful candidate will assist the Food Service Director in overseeing all aspects of Café 1507 and will be responsible for the dinner service management. Regular work schedule will be: 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday – Friday with the occasional Saturday or Sunday depending on caterings.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Administrative Assistance
• Dinner Service Management & Closing
• Catering & Event Scheduling & Execution
• Inclusive Hospitality
• Supervise staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• General Business Knowledge/Reconciliation and Deposit experience
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of standards of food preparations, serving & kitchen procedures

SALARY:

Based on experience.  A full benefit package will be included, which includes Employer paid Medical, Dental, Life, Long-term Disability, Oklahoma Teachers Retirement, Vacation & Sick Days.
