New Horizon Show Choir On Stage at Dixie Stampede

The Carl Albert State College New Horizon Show Choir performed at the Dixie Stampede in Branson, Missouri on April 11th.  According to CASC choir director Dana Dinsmore-Davis, the group’s performance was at the Stampede’s Carriage House just prior to the scheduled evening shows.  “This was a great opportunity for our students, and they did a wonderful job.  We received many compliments, and some of our students were encouraged to consider trying out for summer internships in the Branson area.”

While in Branson, the group also attended Silver Dollar City’s International Festival and saw musicians from around the globe perform.  Dinsmore-Davis stated, “Year in and year out, we have a wealth of talented individuals participating in our Show Choir. This group works very hard, and the chance to take our show to Branson was exciting.”
