Matlock Receives Transfer Scholarship to OSU following Carl Albert State College Graduation

McKensey Matlock, a 2014 Carl Albert State College graduate, has been awarded an OSU Regents’ Distinguished Transfer Scholarship.  The award recognizes Matlock’s outstanding academic achievement while at Carl Albert.

Jay Falkner, Carl Albert’s Enrollment and Retention Director, stated how important it is for students to understand the potential for transfer scholarships.   “We offer a great education for students’ first two years of college.  When students work hard and prove themselves here, they often times receive scholarship offers to help as they continue at the university level.   We appreciate the relationship we have with other colleges and universities in the state.  They value the quality of students graduating from our institution, and they are anxious to recruit Carl Albert State College graduates.”
